We usually reply within a couple of days. For bug reports, tell us what you did, what happened, and what you expected.

How do I join a space?
You need an invite code from someone already in the nook — it looks like NOOK-XXXX-XXXX. Tap “join” and enter it. The code is the key to the space’s content, so keep it somewhere safe.
How do I create a space?
From your home screen, tap to create a new nook, give it a name, then share the invite code with your people. A nook holds 2 to 20 people.
I didn’t get my confirmation code.
Check your spam folder first. If it still hasn’t arrived, wait a minute and tap resend — email can be a little slow at peak times. Make sure you entered the right address.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the message or canvas item, choose report, and pick a reason. To block a person, open their profile and choose block. Blocking hides their content from you and stops them reaching you. You can manage blocked accounts in settings.
How do I hide my online status or last seen?
Go to settings → privacy. Online status and last seen are two independent switches, and they’re shared both ways: turning one off hides it from your spaces and stops you seeing theirs.
Are my messages private?
Text and notes are encrypted on your device before they’re uploaded, and the key comes from the space’s invite code — so we can’t read them. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → account → delete account. This permanently removes your profile and everything you personally uploaded. It can’t be undone.
I’m not getting notifications.
Check that nudges are on in settings, and that notifications are allowed for nook in your iPhone’s Settings. Notifications arrive from others in your spaces, so make sure the switch is on for the nook you expect.
